Transform Your Life with Ease: The Power of a Gratitude Practice

One of the easiest ways to instantly shift your Energy from lower states (self-pity, overwhelm, despair) to higher vibrational states (contentment, joy, compassion) is to welcome in GRATITUDE.  This is my go to remedy when my mind is stuck in a stress loop of situations (or people!) I cannot control.
 
So, right now take 3 really deep breaths…
 
Either write these answers down or make a permanent mental note to take with you throughout your day:
 

Name one person you are grateful for.
 
Name one physical object you are grateful for.
 
Name one attribute of yourself that you are grateful for.

Give yourself some well-deserved praise!

 I would encourage you to continue this gratitude practice for an entire month.  So that by the end of the month, you have an abundance of reminders of how beautiful this life really is!

Remember you can choose the thoughts and feelings you focus on.  


I have found that the more I seek out gratitude daily, it becomes a habit-  like brushing my teeth.  The more automatic this mindset becomes the more you are in a natural state of healing and well-being.
