How EFT Works

EFT involves tapping on specific acupressure points on the body while simultaneously releasing and affirming statements. This powerful combination helps to stimulate energy flow, release negative emotions, and reprogram the mind for positivity.

I guide you through three rounds of EFT, each with a specific focus.

The first round is all about releasing fatigue and tiredness. You tap on different points while saying releasing statements like:

'I am releasing fatigue from my mind'

'I am releasing fatigue from my physical body.'

By acknowledging and releasing these feelings, we create space for new energy and motivation to enter our lives.

In the second round, you focus on potential and possibilities. This round is about creating a mindset open to receiving and embracing new opportunities.

With statements like:

'I am creating room to move and breathe deep’

'I am allowing new and fresh energy to enter my mind,'

You are priming yourself for a motivated and inspired state of being.

The final round will be all about affirmations to solidify our intentions.

You recite affirmations such as:

'I feel alive,'

'I am open to joy,'

'I receive love and give love.'

By affirming these positive statements, you rewire your subconscious mind to believe in your own potential and worthiness. This empowers you to be mentally strong and focused throughout the day with enthusiasm and joy.

Tapping and affirmations are just the beginning. I emphasize the importance of aligning your body with your newly found motivation. So I encourage you to stand up and go for a short walk, even if it's indoors. By moving your physical body forward and reciting affirmations, you shift the Energy to truly embody the motivation you desire.
